
Rach is our fearless leader of customer service. As TNQIT's Client Services Librarian, she is a key staff member in the library team for remote students. Rach is always looking for ways to improve our services and is especially interested in your thoughts on how we can deliver better services to those of you in remote areas unable to visit the library in person.
